This is a series of female vessels. They are wheel-thrown cylinders that I assemble when the clay is very soft so I can move and shape them from the inside to give them form and expression. The heads are wheel thrown, sculpted, closed cylinders. Each head rests in the neck of the vessel allowing the head to move and the expression of the piece to change.
