Mini Arora

After being brought up in England and living in US for a decade, I came to India (to my roots) and now live in Bangalore.

With this sea change in my life my art has taken on a new dimension - I seem to have blended the Eastern influence with my Western upbringing.

I now use a lot of vivid colors, obviously taking in what I see around me; and Hindu Gods, tropical flowers and Eastern philosophies inspire me even in my abstract works.

The Vedic Series
agni Path of Life All the Forces of the Universe Wedded Union Transcendence

In the Vedic Series I use Sanskrit shlokas and mantras, as they are my inspiration.

A few years back I became involved with yoga and meditation which led me into learning Sanskrit and the philosophy of the Gita.

The more I delve into the search for spirituality the more I am able to create.
