Who?

We are MIT graduates with a love for art and a proficiency in web design. Our mission is to incorporate our passion for art into a crisp website that will enable selective buyers to browse and search effortlessly through distinctive and original artwork.

What?

Sculptr.com is partitioned into Studios and a Gallery. Artists are given their own Studio immediately when they sign up. The studio will be directly accessible through an address similar to http://paintingsbyamber.sculptr.com. Individual works will be handpicked by our jury panel for inclusion in our Gallery. When visitors come to Sculptr.com, they will be presented with a gallery of the finest works from all of our artists.

Why?

We've spent months looking at other online art sites, and we know we can do better. The prominent sites that we have found don't have a professional look. We don't see any reason why a website containing a collection of gallery-quality art should be less professional than a high-end department store's website.

How?

Sculptr.com operates solely on commissions. We don't want to get paid until our artists get paid first, so there are absolutely no fixed fees. When?

Sculptr.com is currently live and fully operational. Our official launch was November 1.
