If I decide that I'm not as excited about my order once I see it in person, can I return it?

Of course! We give our customers a full week after delivery to return the work for any reason. Here is our return policy: http://returnpolicy.sculptr.com

What is the arrangement for shipping? Do I ship to you or directly to the customer?

The buyer pays for shipping and you ship directly to the buyer.

Who are the artists on SCULPTR?

Most of our artists are regular exhibitors at prominent art shows in the United States, if not around the world. Virtually all of our artists have been either personally invited to the site by us or were referred to us by other artists.

Why are some listings in the individual artist Studio pages, but not in the Gallery?

To keep the Gallery fresh and uncluttered, we only show a sample of an artist's work in the Gallery at any given time. The quality and depth of an artist's portfolio will influence the number of listings we choose to feature in the Gallery for each artist.
